I was very excited to write a short film score for UAL’s exhibition to be shown at St Giles’ Church. I was paired with Simone who was producing a short film that incorporated the visual language of costumes that she had made herself, performance and set design.

Simone’s description of her work: “I’m thinking a lot about blame, and exploring this historical bitterness towards woman. Through the genesis story I’m expressing autobiographical feelings of pressure, responsibility, isolation, and confusion- things i felt connected me to the figure of Eve.”

Interestingly, I composed this project from a description of what would be happening in the scene and the film was made to fit the music!
